Background & Experience
Jimmy joined NAI Earle Furman in 1998 with expertise in the retail marketplace. Previously, he worked with Edens & Avant in their Commercial Brokerage Division. While at NAI Earle Furman, Jimmy continues to focus on the retail sector working with companies such as Wendy’s, Urban Nirvana and 9Round assisting them with site selections, dispositions, strategic planning, asset management, and wealth creation. Additionally, Jimmy has a long history and strong relationships with local and regional developers including Homes Urban, Magnolia Property Group, The Morgan Companies and Edens. Over time, Jimmy has had the opportunity to work on different types of products from free standing out parcels, grocery anchored centers, and mixed-use centers like McBee Station and 100 East in Greenville, SC. Jimmy has also assisted his clients with conventional loan packages and underwriting, SBA loans and applications, and applying for and receiving New Market Tax Credits.
