Scope of Service Experience

As NAI Earle Furman’s Chief Executive Officer and Broker-in-Charge, Jon oversees all aspects of NAI Earle Furman, NAI Piedmont Triad and NAI Columbia and leads six offices in South and North Carolina. He is responsible for the execution of the firm’s strategic plan, individual and division goal setting and implementation, as well as managing Shareholder accountability.

In his role, Jon’s unique ability to source deals and partner like-minded teams has led to the successful operation of a firm controlled fund which is currently in its second investment cycle. He has full P&L oversight and heads the firm’s executive committee. Jon has a proven record of increasing sales for the firm throughout the Carolinas and concentrates his efforts on continuing to grow the bottom line. Focused on daily operations, Jon coordinates every facet of broker training and development and performs an integral role in creating valuable instruction for administrative employees. He has directed the restructuring of several divisions in addition to helming multiple growth initiatives.

Background & Experience

Jon joined NAI Earle Furman in January of 2000 after selling the business he purchased after graduating college. He was made a Shareholder in the firm in 2005 and was named CEO in 2011. Three years later, Jon became Broker-in-Charge. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Furman University in 1997. Currently, Jon serves on several boards including The Greenville Housing Authority, First Baptist Church and Community Foundation of Greenville. He has also been an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization since June, 2012.
