NAI Earle Furman Facilitates Lima One Capital Office Lease in Downtown Greenville, SC
December 2024 – Keith Jones, CCIM, SIOR, McNeil Epps, CCIM, SIOR, and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman successfully represented Lima One Capital in securing new office space for the relocation of its corporate headquarters.
Lima One Capital, a Greenville-based real estate lender, selected 300 East McBee Avenue as the new location for its corporate headquarters. The firm will occupy more than 60,000 square feet on the second and third floors of the Class-A property, currently being redeveloped by Hughes Commercial Properties.
The relocation to 300 East McBee will provide Lima One with state-of-the-art office space, enhanced branding visibility, and a strategic downtown Greenville location. This move underscores the firm’s commitment to growth and maintaining a strong presence in the region and quality of environment for their employees.
