John Etheridge: Associate – Huff Creek Properties Division
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Agri-Business with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, where he honed his analytical skills and developed a keen business know-how.
John dedicated his summers to working within his family’s business, Mixon Seed Service, based in Orangeburg, SC. There, he acquired invaluable insights into diverse facets of business operations, including sales strategies, operational management, and intricate logistics, further broadening his skill set.
After graduating, John transitioned into commercial real estate collaborating with seasoned professional Rusty Hamrick. In his role at Huff Creek Properties, the Timber and Recreational Land division of NAI Earle Furman, John provides invaluable support to Hamrick, contributing to the success of various projects and transactions.
